WHAT IS RECHARGE?

Recharge is a guided and personalized experience spending time in nature, utilizing mindfulness, meditation, and the practice of presence to get grounded and reconnected to your sense of self, purpose, and resilience.

 

HOW DOES IT WORK?

  • Recharge is not exercise or hiking. It is an intentional slowing. 

  • Connecting with nature brings us into the present moment.

  • By mindfully moving through the landscape in ways that cultivate presence, opening all the senses, and actively communicating with the land we tap into the present moment and become fully alive.

  • Healing interactions require giving generously of our attention. By immersing and directing our full attention to nature we find healing and a source of joyful well-being.

You will be immersed in nature in the heart of Pisgah National forest nestled deep in the Blue Ridge Mountains of NC.  The specific setting will depend on the time of year, weather, distance from which you are traveling, and specific mobility needs.

OFFERINGS

We will meet at the trailhead of a place specifically chosen to meet your needs. You will be guided through a series of gentle grounding activities designed to decrease stress and anxiety and increase your sense of well-being.

1 Hour Grounding

Spend 2 hours immersed in nature with exercises and practices selected to meet your needs for recharging, letting go of stress, and reconnecting with your deeper sense of self. 

2 Hour Rooting

This 3-4 hour experience is tailored to address specific areas in your life by leveraging practices of nature-based mindfulness, self-compassion & intentional slowing so that you can regain control and leave with a blueprint for creating more space and peace in your life every day.
